Rams get their hand on Abdelhadi Laakkad

Moroccan striker Abdelhadi Laakkad has returned to Woodlands Wellington just one year after leaving them as the club could not afford the player anymore.

It seem FAS decision to subsided foreigner wages have meant the forward have become more 'affordable' although his move to Home United back at the start of 2009 appeared to have collapsed as a result of the 3
2-year-old niggling injury problems.

Still, the forward return will be welcomed by the club fanbase and they will be delighted to know he is set to reach two milestone for the club as he is only 1 game away from making 100 appearances for the club and 3 goals away from becoming Woodlands Wellington all-time leading scorer.

He has scored 57 goals from 99 games for the Rams with, now Gombak United, striker Agu Casmir ahead of him with 59 goals from 97 games.
